The Ontario Defence Association curates a Service Providers directory inside our Member Hub — connecting ODA members with established businesses offering legal, financial, compliance, cyber, certification, engineering, logistics, talent, insurance and other enabling services. This directory is for proven providers with a demonstrable track record, not for businesses at the start-up, pre-seed or early-stage phase.

Every submission is reviewed by ODA before listing. Inclusion is at ODA's discretion, is not an endorsement, and may be declined without reason.

Who this directory is for

ODA members are defence and dual-use companies with live contracts, audits and delivery deadlines. They need providers who have already solved the problem elsewhere. Before applying, confirm your business meets all of the following:

An established, operating business — not at the start-up, pre-seed or early-stage phase.
A proven, in-market service — fully deployed and delivered to paying clients today, not a pilot, beta or concept (TRL 9 equivalent).
A documented track record — client references, KPIs, outcomes or supporting evidence you can share with ODA on request.
A specific enabling service that addresses a defence or dual-use need — export controls, security clearance, quality certification, supply-chain qualification, cyber compliance, defence procurement, and the like.

Not a fit: businesses seeking general customer acquisition without a defence or dual-use specific offering, early-stage ventures still validating a service, and providers who cannot substantiate results. Applications that don't meet the bar are not listed.
